Rules

KPZ is a small fan-run project, so the rules are simple: be accurate, be honest and do not waste other people's time.

These rules apply to purchases, items offered to KPZ, community listings, "Find it for me" requests and communication through the site.

1. Be Honest About Condition

If you are selling, offering or listing an item, describe its condition accurately.

Do not hide cracks, missing parts, torn pages, scratched discs, missing booklets, damaged boxes, moisture damage, writing, stickers, tape or problems with functionality, compatibility or completeness.

For collectibles, condition matters. It is always better to mention one more thing than to leave it out.

2. Use Real Photos

Photos must show the actual item you are offering.

Do not use photos from the internet, other people's photos, promotional images, photos of a different copy, or heavily edited images that hide the condition.

Good photos show the item from the front, back and sides if needed — the box, disc, pages, figure, details and any visible flaws.

If there is an issue, show it. It saves problems later.

3. Do Not Post Fake or Suspicious Items

KPZ is not a place for fakes, replicas, misleading editions or items with unclear origins.

Do not post an item if you know it is fake; you are not sure it is genuine but are presenting it as such; it uses another brand's name or design in a misleading way; its origin is unclear; or it is prohibited, unsafe or inappropriate.

If there is any doubt, describe it clearly.

4. The Price Should Be Clear

If you are posting a listing, state a real price.

Do not post listings with only "make an offer", "negotiable" with no reference point, a misleading price, a price you later change without reason, or a price that differs from what you say in messages.

Negotiation is fine, but the starting price should be clear.

5. Do Not Spam or Post Unrelated Listings

KPZ is for games, comics, collectibles and fan culture.

Do not post large amounts of random items with no connection to the project.

Unrelated examples include household appliances, clothing without collectible value, general household items, suspicious products, prohibited items, ads for external services or links to competing listings for no clear reason.

KPZ is not a general classifieds site.

6. Communicate Normally

When contacting another person through KPZ, be clear and respectful.

Insults, threats, pressure, scams, misleading information, aggressive haggling, spam or agreeing to something and then disappearing without a word are not acceptable.

Nobody is obliged to buy or sell anything, but it is normal to treat people with respect.

7. If You Post a Community Listing

When you post a listing, you are responsible for the information in it.

Make sure your photos are your own, the description is accurate, the price is clear, the condition is described honestly, the delivery method is realistic and you can respond if someone shows interest.

KPZ may decline, hide or remove a listing if it is unclear, misleading, incomplete or unsuitable.

8. If You Buy From Another Person's Listing

With community listings, the buyer and seller work out the details between themselves.

Before buying, check the photos, description, price, condition, delivery, whether an inspection is possible and whether anything is missing or unusual.

KPZ can help with listing visibility, but is not a party to the arrangement between you, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. If You Offer an Item to KPZ

You can send photos of an item you no longer use.

It helps to include what the item is, whether it has its box, whether anything is missing, whether it works if it is a device or game, whether there are any visible issues and what price you are expecting, if you have one in mind.

Not every submission will be suitable for KPZ. That is not personal — the project is selective and not everything fits.

10. Do Not Send Personal or Sensitive Data in Photos

Before uploading photos, check that no personal documents, addresses, phone numbers, bank cards, faces of people without their consent, personal correspondence or other personal data are visible.

Photograph the item, not your personal life.

11. What May Be Removed

KPZ may remove content if it is misleading, fake, illegal, offensive, dangerous, off-topic, of unclear origin, using other people's photos, hiding defects or posted for spam or fraud.

KPZ may decline a submission without a detailed explanation if the content does not fit the project.

12. Be Realistic

Not every old item is rare. Not every collection is valuable. Not every game is in demand. Not every flaw is minor.

That is normal.

Price depends on condition, demand, rarity, completeness, language, region, edition and interest from other fans.

13. Small Project, Normal Pace

KPZ is not a large company with a support team.

Replies may not be instant. Reviewing listings may take time. Sometimes an item will not be accepted. Sometimes something will need to be clarified further.

The goal is for things to happen calmly and correctly, not quickly at all costs.

The Shortest Version

  • Photograph accurately.
  • Describe honestly.
  • Do not mislead.
  • Do not spam.
  • Behave normally.
  • Respect other fans.

That is almost all of it.
