FAQ

Here are the most common questions about KPZ — how buying works, how selling works, what community listings are, and what to expect from a small fan-run project.

KPZ is not a big online store. It is a place for games, comics and collectible finds with a second life, run by someone who genuinely likes these things.

About KPZ

What is KPZ?

KPZ — "Buy. Sell. Trade." — is a small project for games, comics, figures, cards, consoles and other collectibles.

The idea is that nice things that are no longer used can find someone new who will enjoy them.

Is KPZ a shop?

Not exactly.

KPZ may have items available directly through the site, but the project is not a large shop or warehouse. Some of the content may also come from the community — people posting their own listings for suitable items.

Are all items new?

No. Most items are second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise.

That means there may be signs of use, marks on boxes, discs, covers, booklets or other elements. That is why photos and descriptions matter.

How do I know what condition an item is in?

Every item should have photos, a description and a condition label where applicable.

Condition is a guide. With collectibles, people have different expectations, so always look at the photos carefully. If something matters to you, ask before ordering.

Buying

How do I buy from KPZ?

Pick an item from the catalog, add it to your cart and fill in your delivery details.

KPZ currently delivers only in Bulgaria via Econt. Delivery is not free — estimated at €3–4, paid on receipt, with the exact amount determined by Econt.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Usually not.

The default option is cash on delivery via Econt — the product amount plus delivery according to Econt's tariff. This lets you inspect the parcel, when the service allows it, before you pay.

How long is an item held in the cart?

An item is held for a short time after you add it to the cart — around 15 minutes.

If the order is not completed in time, the item may return to the catalog.

Community listings

What is a community listing?

It is a listing posted by another person, not directly by KPZ.

Does KPZ take part in deals between users?

Usually not.

KPZ may provide a space for the listing and review it before it goes live, but the buyer and seller sort out the details between themselves, unless stated otherwise.

Selling

Can I sell something to KPZ?

Yes, you can submit an item.

Send photos and a brief description. I will look it over and let you know if it is a good fit for KPZ. Not everything will be, and that is fine.

Do I need a full collection?

No.

You can submit a single item — a game, a comic, a figure, cards, a console, or any other collectible.

Is it guaranteed that KPZ will buy a submitted item?

No.

KPZ is a curated project and not every item will be a good fit. It depends on condition, demand, category, stock levels, and whether the item suits the catalog.

Can I post my own listing?

Yes.

You can post a community listing if the item is a good fit for KPZ. You will need to upload real photos, a description, a price and condition information.

Why might my listing not be approved?

A listing may be declined if the photos are unclear, the description is incomplete, the condition is misleading, the item does not fit KPZ, or there are doubts about its origin, authenticity or accuracy.

KPZ balance

What is KPZ balance?

KPZ balance is a way to use an agreed value for future purchases in KPZ, instead of direct payment.

It is not a banking service, electronic money or a payment instrument. It is a kind of Trade — what you no longer need, for something we have! No financial transactions or transfers of any kind.

Want list

What is the want list?

It is a request for something you are looking for.

You describe what you want — title, category, condition, budget or other relevant details. If something close comes up, you may get a notification.

Is it guaranteed that you will find what I am looking for?

No.

Some things come up quickly, others rarely, and some may never appear. The request helps track things more closely, but it is not a promise.

Problems and contact

What should I do if there is a problem with an order?

Get in touch as soon as possible and describe what is wrong. Photos help.

Problems are handled case by case, calmly. Since many items are second-hand and one-of-a-kind, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

How do I contact KPZ?

Use the Contact page, or email us directly using the address below.

KPZ is a small project, so responses may not be instant, but I will do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
