KPZ Balance

KPZ Balance is an optional choice when you offer an item to KPZ and prefer to use the agreed value toward a future catalog purchase instead of direct payment.

KPZ Balance can usually give you better value than cash payment if you already plan to buy from the site again. Instead of leaving an item unused, you can turn it into your next find — a game, comic, figure, card or another collectible item.

How it works

You send photos of an item you no longer use. If it fits KPZ, you may receive an offer. If you accept it, in some cases you can choose KPZ Balance instead of direct payment.

The balance can only be used for future purchases of items available directly through KPZ.

Why choose KPZ Balance

If you want direct payment, cash is the simpler option.

But if you plan to keep browsing, buying and selling through KPZ, balance is often the better-value choice. It lets you keep more value inside the project and use it toward future finds. That way you trade what you no longer need for something new to you.

Where it can be used

KPZ Balance can only be used for items available directly through KPZ.

It cannot be used for community listings, because the seller is another person and payment is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller.

Important note

KPZ Balance is not a banking service, electronic money, a voucher or a public currency. It is an internal arrangement within KPZ, when this option is available and confirmed. This is the way to trade your things for others on better terms than buying and selling for cash.

It is not guaranteed for every deal and should not be treated as freely transferable or automatically convertible back into cash.
