Welcome to KPZ — "Buy. Sell. Trade."

KPZ is a small fan-run project for games, comics and collectibles with a second life. The idea is simple: great items that one person no longer uses should find their way to another fan who will love them.

The site is run by a private individual, not a large company, shop or formal trading platform. The rules below are written as clearly and plainly as possible, so you know what to expect when you browse, buy, sell or list through KPZ.

1. What is KPZ

KPZ is a site for giving games, comics, figures, cards, consoles, accessories and other collectibles a second life.

Two main types of items may appear on the site:

1. Items listed directly by KPZ

These are items I have in stock, photographed and described as clearly as possible.

2. Community listings

These are items posted by other people. Seller and buyer connect directly and work out payment, delivery and other details between themselves.

KPZ is not a mass online shop and does not operate as a large trading platform. It is a curated, fan-run project focused on real items, real photos and honest condition descriptions.

2. Who can use the site

You can use the site to:

  • browse items;
  • purchase an available item;
  • offer an item to KPZ;
  • post a community listing;
  • submit a "Find it for me" request;
  • get in touch via the site's forms.

When using the site you are expected to provide accurate information and not to post misleading, illegal, offensive or third-party content you have no right to use.

3. Buying an item from KPZ

When you buy an item listed directly through KPZ:

  • you see photos and a description of the specific item;
  • condition is described based on available information and visible notes;
  • delivery is usually handled through Econt;
  • payment is on delivery unless explicitly agreed otherwise;
  • you can inspect the parcel before paying where the courier allows it.

KPZ aims to keep descriptions and photos accurate, but items are second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise. There may be signs of use, minor cosmetic marks, or wear on boxes, booklets, discs, covers, plastics or other parts.

4. Item condition

Item condition may be described using labels such as:

  • Mint / Like New — very well preserved, with no visible marks or only the most minimal traces;
  • Excellent — very good condition with light signs of use;
  • Good — normal signs of use, but the item is complete and presentable;
  • Fair — visible marks, wear or missing parts, noted as far as known.

These ratings are indicative and based on visual inspection, photos and available information. With collectibles, expectations around condition vary between people, so always look at the photos carefully.

If something matters to you — such as edition language, region, compatibility, or the condition of a disc, booklet, box or specific accessory — ask before buying.

5. Cart reservation

When you add an item to your cart, it may be temporarily held for a short period — for example 15 minutes.

This reservation is meant to prevent the same item from being bought by someone else while you complete your order. If you do not finish the order in time, the item may return to the catalogue.

A reservation is not a confirmed sale until the order is completed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only within Bulgaria, through Econt, to an office or address chosen by the buyer.

Shipping cost is set by the carrier and may depend on:

  • weight;
  • size;
  • location;
  • office or home delivery;
  • additional services such as parcel inspection.

For most small parcels, the cost is usually around €3–4, but the exact amount is determined by Econt. Delivery is not free and is paid by the buyer on receipt through Econt.

KPZ does not control the courier's rates, timescales or terms.

On receipt, it is advisable to inspect the parcel — especially if the item is collectible, fragile or has a specific noted condition.

7. Payment

The primary payment method is cash on delivery.

No upfront payment through the site is required unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific case.

KPZ does not store card details and does not act as a payment institution.

8. Returns and order issues

Because KPZ is a small project dealing in second-hand items — many of which are one-of-a-kind — each situation is handled individually.

If there is a problem with an item you received, get in touch as soon as possible and describe clearly what is wrong. Photos help.

Examples of a genuine problem:

  • you received a different item;
  • there is a significant issue that was not visible or described;
  • the item was damaged in transit;
  • a part listed as included is missing.

Normal signs of use that are visible in the photos or expected for a second-hand item are not automatically considered a problem.

KPZ does not promise automatic returns, replacements or warranties in every case. The goal is to resolve issues fairly and calmly based on the specific situation.

9. Offering an item to KPZ

If you have a game, comic, figure, cards, console or other collectible, you can offer it to KPZ.

This usually involves sending:

  • photos;
  • a brief description;
  • information about condition;
  • any missing parts or defects;
  • a price expectation, if you have one.

After review you may receive an offer. Not everything submitted will be a fit for KPZ, and not every offer leads to a deal.

KPZ is not obliged to buy any item offered. You are not obliged to accept any offer.

In some cases a cash amount or KPZ credit may be offered. KPZ credit can be used for future purchases on the site where that option is available and agreed.

10. KPZ credit

KPZ credit is a convenient way to apply the value from a sold or agreed item towards future finds on the site.

It is not a banking service, electronic money or a payment instrument. It is an internal arrangement within KPZ for use against future purchases.

KPZ credit:

  • is not sold separately;
  • is not a public currency;
  • cannot be used outside KPZ;
  • may be subject to specific terms depending on the case;
  • may be refused or restricted for technical, organisational or other reasons.

If KPZ credit becomes available in a profile or order, the terms will be shown clearly at the relevant point.

11. Posting a community listing

You can post a listing for your own item if it fits the KPZ theme.

When submitting a listing it is important that:

  • photos are real and taken by you;
  • the description is accurate;
  • condition is not concealed;
  • the price is genuine and clearly stated;
  • you do not post fake, prohibited, dangerous or illegal items;
  • you do not use other people's photos without permission.

KPZ may review, edit, reject, hide or remove a listing if it is unsuitable, incomplete, misleading or contrary to the spirit of the project.

Posting a listing does not guarantee a sale.

12. Transactions between users

For community listings, KPZ may help with visibility, but is not a party to the transaction between seller and buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Seller and buyer agree between themselves on:

  • payment;
  • delivery;
  • timescales;
  • inspection;
  • returns;
  • any additional terms.

KPZ is not responsible for arrangements between users that take place outside the site or directly between them.

If you spot a suspicious listing, misleading description or inappropriate behaviour, feel free to get in touch.

13. Items that are not suitable

KPZ may refuse or remove items that are:

  • illegal;
  • dangerous;
  • fake or misleading;
  • of unclear origin;
  • using other people's photos without permission;
  • outside the site's theme;
  • adult content where not appropriate for the general audience;
  • items infringing third-party rights;
  • items that create risk for the project or its users.

KPZ is focused on games, comics, collectibles and fan culture — not general classifieds.

14. Photos and user-uploaded content

When you upload photos, a description or other content to KPZ, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

By uploading content you allow it to be shown on the site in connection with your listing, offer or request.

Do not upload:

  • other people's photos without permission;
  • identity documents;
  • bank card details;
  • sensitive personal information;
  • photos of people without their consent;
  • misleading or illegal content.

15. "Find it for me"

The "Find it for me" feature lets you describe what you are looking for — a specific game, comic, figure, console or other item.

KPZ may use this information to watch for suitable matches among available items, offers or community listings.

Submitting a request does not guarantee the item will be found. If something close to your request comes up, you may receive a notification or message.

16. Prices

Prices at KPZ are set based on the specific item, condition, rarity, demand and personal judgement.

For second-hand items there is no universal "right" price. The same item can have different value depending on condition, edition, language, region, completeness and collector interest.

KPZ may change prices, remove items, add new ones or refuse a sale where information was incorrect.

17. Errors on the site

The site may contain technical errors, inaccuracies, incomplete descriptions, incorrect prices, missing photos or availability issues.

If you notice anything like this, feel free to write to me. KPZ reserves the right to correct errors and to cancel an order placed due to an obvious technical or content error.

18. Accounts and access

If the site offers user accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access secure.

Do not use another person's account or share access with third parties in a way that could lead to misuse.

KPZ may restrict access or functionality in cases of misuse, misleading behaviour, spam, fake listings or breach of these terms.

19. Limitation of liability

KPZ is maintained with care, but cannot guarantee the site will always be available without interruption, errors or technical issues.

KPZ is not liable for:

  • site outages;
  • technical issues outside the project's control;
  • courier service problems;
  • actions or inactions of users;
  • external links or services;
  • transactions between users arranged directly between them.

This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

20. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows, new features are added or clarification is needed.

The current version will be published on this page. The date of the last update will be shown at the top.

21. Contact

If you have a question, an issue with an order, a listing or your personal data, you can get in touch via:

Email: info@kpz.bg

KPZ is a small project, so replies may not be instant — but I will do my best to respond as promptly as I can.
