Delivery and Payment
Here you can find the basic information about delivery and payment on KPZ.
KPZ is a small fan-run project, so the process is kept as simple as possible: choose an item, enter delivery details and pay on delivery when the service is available.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within Bulgaria, through Econt.
You can choose delivery to:
- an Econt office;
- a personal address, if that option is available;
- another option, if explicitly stated at the time of ordering.
The available options may depend on the location, parcel size, weight and the services the courier currently offers.
Who pays for delivery?
Unless stated otherwise, delivery is paid by the buyer.
Delivery cost is set by the courier, not by KPZ. It may depend on weight, size, address, office, cash on delivery, inspection and other services.
For most small parcels, the cost is usually around €3–4, but the exact amount is determined by Econt based on its tariff, parcel size and weight. Delivery is not free and is paid on receipt.
Payment
The main payment method is cash on delivery through Econt.
This means you generally do not pay upfront through the site. Payment happens when you receive the parcel.
KPZ does not store card details and does not act as a payment institution.
Inspection before payment
When the service is available, you can inspect the parcel before paying.
This is especially relevant for second-hand items and collectibles, where condition matters.
Inspection does not mean extended testing or using the item on the spot. The idea is to confirm you received the right item and that there is no obvious issue with the delivery.
How long does delivery take?
The timeframe depends on the courier and the destination.
KPZ cannot guarantee an exact timeframe for every shipment, but I aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. The delivery itself usually takes another 24 hours.
If there is a delay or anything needs clarifying, I will get in touch.
Packaging
Items are packed carefully based on what they are.
For collectibles, boxes, comics, discs, figures and other more fragile things, the goal is to protect the shipment as well as reasonably possible.
Courier transport always carries some risk, so it is a good idea to check the parcel when you receive it.
Community listings
For community listings, delivery and payment are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller.
KPZ may provide a space for the listing, but does not control the arrangement between two users unless explicitly stated otherwise. What we do guarantee is that before approving any listing, we review it thoroughly — checking whether the description and condition match the provided photos, requesting clarifications where needed, and potentially updating descriptions or condition ratings to ensure maximum accuracy. We guarantee that we will do our best to ensure community items match their photos and descriptions, using both personal review and Artificial Intelligence for analysis and evaluation. The site has built-in, automated AI features that alert us when they detect an inaccuracy or irregularity.
Before buying from another user, clarify:
- who pays for delivery;
- whether inspection is available;
- when the parcel will be sent;
- what exactly is included;
- what the condition is;
- how any problems will be handled.
If you are submitting an item to KPZ
If you are sending an item to KPZ after an agreement, the delivery method is sorted out in advance.
Do not send an item without prior confirmation. Send photos and a description first, so it is clear whether the item is a good fit.
Damage during delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, inspect it in front of the courier and follow the courier's procedure.
Take photos of the damage and get in touch as soon as possible.
These cases are handled individually, as they depend on the item, the packaging, the courier service and when the issue was identified.
In short
- Delivery is usually through Econt.
- Payment is usually on delivery.
- Upfront payment through the site is never required — the site does NOT support financial transactions of any kind and does not collect financial information from users.
- Inspection on delivery is recommended when available.
- For community listings, buyer and seller sort out delivery and payment between themselves.
