What you can write about
Feel free to reach out about the following:
- Questions about a specific listing (availability, photos, details)
- Issues with a received order (damage, wrong item)
- Offers to sell an item or questions about a direct KPZ offer
- Status of your seller submission
- Technical problem on the site (bug, error)
- Questions about KPZ balance
- Questions about delivery or Econt courier
- Partnership or media inquiries
- Anything else that does not fit the above
Before you write
Got a question about a specific listing? Check the product page and FAQ first — many questions are already answered there.
Have an issue with an order? Please include in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos (if there is visible damage)
- Date the parcel was received
Want to offer an item? It helps to include:
- Type of item (game, comic, collectible, etc.)
- Brand, title, or series
- Condition
- Photos (can follow later)
- Preferred payout (cash or KPZ balance)

Response time
KPZ is a small project, so replies may not be instant, but every message is reviewed carefully.
During busy periods it may take a little longer. If you have not heard back after 3 working days — feel free to write again.
What not to send
Please do not send:
- Spam or promotional messages
- Requests for products we do not carry (electronics, clothing, etc.)
- Offensive or abusive messages
- Requests for financial transfers or payments outside the site
- Links to suspicious websites
- Messages with no clear subject or content
