The original blister packaging and cards appear preserved as a set, but the backing card has substantial age-related wear, bending, creasing, discoloration and edge wear. More significant folds and tearing/separation of the card are visible at the top and bottom. The blister appears attached to the card; the individual cards cannot be fully inspected through the packaging.

The front presents a four-card set and the reverse illustrates four cards for Set No. 2; the presence of every card inside cannot be fully confirmed through the blister.
